My Way Home – Spring Wellness Initiative
The Innovation Centre and Ontario Health North East are delighted to share that our Spring Wellness Initiative was an overwhelming success!
With the combined effort of 15 North East Community Support service organizations, we were able to support many individuals and families in the community.
Packages were delivered to 648 clients in the North East!

The Product Management & Delivery (IAR, Assessment) Education Team at Ontario Health provides education and support for the use of interRAI standardized clinical assessments for new and experienced interRAI assessors working in the Community Support Services (CSS) sector to conduct quality assessments.
The Friends has exciting news to share. They will be hosting Palliative care workshops once per month beginning in September.
