Who We Are

The Home & Community Support Innovation Centre is here to support North East Community Support Service (CSS) agencies in delivering the best quality care to clients through transformative system improvements and best practices. 

We are funded through Ontario Health North as a unique and innovative strategy to support the Northeast HCC/CSS sector.

Although our work is focused on supporting the providers in the North East, many of the products we have developed through collaborative efforts, such as standard operating guidelines, processes, and data analysis techniques are being recognized across the province.
